An investigation on a European level to define the rhythms of history of State in the Western countries, and also the modifications of the juridical theories which have been used over this period for the regulation of public administration. This interesting analysis of the roots of our political institutions shows how Administrative Law is deeply influenced by history, which has characterised its nature and operational systems.
